The information contained on this page, called “Terms and Conditions of Service”, describes the relationship between “Wine Story”, whose extended social data are indicated in the Social Data section of this page, and the “Customer”, or anyone who wishes make a purchase through the e-commerce website called Winestory.it. The declaration of reading and acceptance of the terms of the conditions described on this page is necessary for the Customer to order and purchase the products for sale on the Winestory.it website.

Winestory.it and Wine Story S.R.L.S. reserve the right to change the content of the following “Terms and Conditions of Service” at their discretion at any time and without prior notice.

1. Content, Availability and Prices of Products

1.1. All prices indicated on the Winestory.it website include VAT.

1.2. The prices and availability indicated in the Winestory.it product catalog are subject to changes due to market or other logistical and commercial reasons.

1.3. Winestory.it does not allow its customers to order products not currently in stock. The immediate availability of certain products and / or quantities ordered is clearly indicated on the corresponding page of each product with the words “Available”.

1.4. The final purchase price of each product is the one displayed by the Customer at the time of the order request and is not subject to changes even in the event of significant changes in the price itself.

1.5. Discounts, vouchers and promotions cannot be combined.

1.6. The images shown on the Winestory.it website are indicative and may differ significantly from the product actually available. The colors shown may also vary significantly depending on the device used by the Customer to view the Winestory.it website.

2. Methods of Payment

2.1. Wine Story provides various payment methods for the purchase of products on the Winestory.it website:

• 2.1.1. Credit card (Stripe): Winestory.it uses Stripe for credit card payments. Stripe is a totally secure payment management platform used by millions of online stores around the world. Stripe accepts payments from VISA, Master Card, American express, Discover, Aura credit cards, Visa Electron rechargeable cards, POSTE PAY rechargeable cards. At no time during the purchase process are we able to know the information relating to the buyer’s credit card or other methods chosen within the private wallet of your credit card manager.
• 2.1.2. Advance Bank Transfer: after accepting this payment method and confirming the order, the Customer views and receives an e-mail message on the screen containing the bank details necessary to make the transfer.

3. Shipping and Transportation

3.1. Winestory.it ships orders with products available no later than 3/4 working days from the moment of receipt of payment confirmation.

3.2. The cost of shipping is currently to be defined.

3.3. Winestory.it ships throughout Italy, including the islands, by express courier and the delivery times of the goods are approximately 1-3 working days from the time of shipment.

3.4. Any delays in delivery may be caused by logistical or meteorological reasons, difficulties in reaching the delivery address indicated at the time of purchase or the absence of the recipient at the address indicated for the delivery of the order and are not in any way attributable to Wine Story SRLS

4. Order fulfillment and responsibility

4.1. The order is considered explicitly confirmed when the Customer accepts and confirms a payment method.

4.3. In the event of an explicit request by the Customer for fulfillment and partial shipment of the order, the additional shipping costs relating to subsequent shipments and necessary to complete the order fulfillment will be charged.

4.4. All communications relating to the order are sent by Winestory.it to the email address (E-Mail) specified by the customer when registering on the Winestory.it website and creating the user profile.

4.5. Wine Story S.R.L.S. is in no way responsible for the use that the customer intends to make of the products purchased. In no case Wine Story S.R.L.S. is responsible for loss of earnings or damage caused by misuse of the products purchased.

5. Return of Goods and Right of Withdrawal

5.1. In compliance with the European Union directive 93/13 / EEC relating to consumer protection, the natural person who purchases products on the Winestory.it website for purposes that can be considered unrelated to his professional activity, has the right to return the purchased products and request the replacement of the goods or the full refund with the sole exclusion of transport costs (both for sending and returning the goods) by communicating this decision by certified e-mail or registered mail with return receipt within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

5.2. The communication can also be sent by fax, telex or telegram, provided that the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal is confirmed by certified e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.

5.3. The registered letter must contain a copy of our accompanying document (order report).

5.4. An exception to this rule, as required by art. 5 paragraph 3c of Legislative Decree 185/1999, concerns the exclusion from the right of withdrawal of only products prepared specifically for the customer. Once you have received the registered letter you will be contacted by E-Mail or by telephone, if available as a contact method.

5.5. Everything must be returned within 14 days from the date of communication of the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, in the original and perfectly intact packaging, to the following address:

The reimbursement will take place, as required by law, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the request for withdrawal and subject to communication by the buyer of the shipment of the goods. The replacement of defective products or products sent by mistake will be possible if returned within 14 days from the delivery date and provided that they are complete in all their parts and in intact packaging.

5.8. Shipping and transport costs for the return of goods and products are charged to the customer.

6. Legal Guarantee

6.1. The legal guarantee is mandatory by law, is valid for two years from the delivery of the goods, is mandatory and can be asserted by the consumer directly against the seller, in the event that the consumer good purchased presents a lack of conformity with the contract of sale.

The legal guarantee is not valid if it was the consumer who caused the damage, or if the consumer knew or could have known the defect at the time of purchase, or if the lack of conformity derives from instructions or materials provided by the consumer. (e.g. to make a made-to-measure suit, the consumer provides the measurements and the fabric).

This information is considered confidential and is used to ensure the correct processing of orders or to send information and advertising material and only upon explicit request for registration to our mailing lists.
